3 spacious double bedrooms at ground level plus one optional spacious double bedroom in the basement allow welcoming up to 8 people in Casa Madroño. All with individual heating/airconditioning for optimal comfort.

3 rainshowers make you feel in harmony with nature. One bath overlooks the golf – preserving your privacy. Hot water comes from renewable solar energy, with auxiliary electricity heating when needed

Villa Madroño has a garden with a spacious terrace with a view on the golf course, equipped with top design furniture, including a round breakfast table, a large dining table for 10 people, two sunbeds, a garden sofa, a parasol. It also has a small garden on the street side with a coffee table to turn your morning coffee shot into a daily celestial ritual.
HeatSail heating lamp & BBQ
Next to the top design furniture, the terrace is also equipped with a HeatSail heating lamp and a barbecue. This way you can spend cozy BBQ evenings with the family on the terrace, without getting cold.
